The Organisation enjoys the prestigious recognition of Govt. of India Dept. of Explosives for inspecting and certifying all kinds of pressure vessels, designed and fabricated for storage and liquefied gases.The list of clients for whom we are certifying such vessels is indeed voluminous. Since these vessels come under a Statutory Act, we keep on certifying such equipment on behalf of all types and sizes of Chemicals Plants as well as on behalf of transport Organisation.

We have the prestigious recognition of RDSO, Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India for certifying LPG Tank Wagons & Bullets mounted on railway under frames.

Non-Destructive Testing Services
BAXCOUNSEL have a strong team of NDT professionals carrying out complete non-destructive testing like ultrasonic, radiography, magnetic particle, WMPT, dye penetrant tests using latest NDT equipment and techniques for our valued clients like GAIL, Vijaipur, HOCL, Cochin, HPCL, Mahul Refinery,etc. The non-destructive testing is carried out as per the guidelines laid by the client and the SMPV (U) Rules 1981 of Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur.

Inspection under IBR
BAXCOUNSEL are many a time called upon in India to carry out inspection and Bax Foreign Clients of equipment coming under the purview of IBR as a parallel inspection agency. In India such boilers however, are to be finally certified for operation by IBR as a statutory requirement. However, through our Collaborators, Japan Inspection Co. (JIC) and Inspekta a.s., Czech Republic, we are in a position to render to you inspection and Bax Foreign Clients services for all equipment and engineering items procured for use in Boilers from abroad. Our Collaborators are approved by Chief Inspector of Boilers, as one of their competent inspection agencies, who are authorised to certify imported equipment on their behalf.
