have also rendered their inspection services for the following
cross-country pipeline Projects: |

Kandla-Bhatinda
Pipeline Project of Indian Oil Corpn. |

BAXCOUNSEL had the privilege of carrying out inspection
of this pipeline at all compressor stations along the Kandla
Bhatinda pipeline and had stationed a team of Welding Inspectors
at Kandla, Abu Road, Jaipur, Sangrur, Sangner, Karnal, Beawar,
Rewari & Bhatinda. A team of 30 welding inspectors contributed
their professional efforts of behalf of Skoda, Czech Republic. |

We have
inspection contract as third party inspection agency and
are inspecting and certifying pipelines of different diameter
and thickness fabricated and laid by Gail's contractors
all over India at places like Rajmundry, Kandla, Bharuch,
Kota, Baroda, Jaiselmar, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Nagapattinam,
Delhi, Gurgaon, Alibag, Trombay, etc. We are also carrying
out stage wise inspection of gas pipeline for Delhi
City gas Project, which is being executed by
GAIL for the past two years.
BAXCOUNSEL
have been awarded a contract of Quality Surveillance
of Pipeline Construction of Lanco Pipeline Project (Tatipaka-Kondapali
- Approx.200kms) and Jhanore-Gandhar Pipeline Project
- approx. 38kms. For this contract we have stationed
team of Engineers at various sites at Rajamundry and Baroda.
Presently
BAXCOUNSEL have been awarded a contract of Quality
Surveillance of Pipeline Construction of Vizag-Secunderabad
Pipeline Project (600kms) and Kandla - Samakhili LPG Pipeline
(70 kms). For this project we have stationed
team of Engineers at various sites from Vizag to Secunderabad
and from Kandla to Samakhili.

105km pipeline of dia 6"
was fabricated and laid
by Dodsal for IPCL and
BAXCOUNSEL inspected and
certified this pipeline
as a third party inspection
agency. A team of 8 welding
inspectors was deputed
at different spreads for
this project. Inspection
of engineering items like
pumps, valves, pipes, pipe
fittings, electrical &
instrumentation items were
also carried out by us. |

during laying of City Distribution
Gas Pipeline in Mumbai.
We have stationed a team
of engineers at different
spreads to inspect stage
wise laying of gas pipeline.

at manufacturer's works
located all over India. |

We have been recently awarded the inspection during laying
of Natural Gas pipeline from TOP5 Amboli to Search-chem
Industries, Jhagadia. We have stationed a team of engineers
at different spreads. |

We have been awarded the inspection during laying of gas
pipeline from Cairn terminal to Mora terminal in Gujarat.
We have stationed a team of engineers of mechanical, civil
and electrical discipline. |

Inspection of PE Coated Pipes: |

Besides
above mentioned pipelines, we have team of Surveyors stationed
at PSL Yards, Kandla, Daman, Vishakhapatnam, etc. wherein
we are carrying out inspection of 3 Layer PE Coating,
CTE Coating and Epoxy Fusion Bond Coating
of various dia pipes for HPCL, GAIL and Reliance Petroleum.
Baxcounsel
have very rich experience in cross-country pipeline inspection
as well as familiar with inspection of other mechanical
equipment/items of pipeline projects.
