BAXCOUNSEL are rendering inspection and Bax Foreign Clients services to Reliance Group of Industries for the past several years. Nearly 500 nos. of major equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Strippers, Columns, Reboilers, Pumps etc. in workshops spread out all over India through our branch network offices have been stage wise inspected and certified by us.

The material of construction is carbon steel, stainless steel, clad steel, nickel alloys and materials for low temperature services. Sizes of Columns up to 2mtr dia x 33 mtr. Height with 35 trays and pressure vessels to 5mtr dia x 60mm thk x 21 mtr. Length and heat exchangers up to 2-mtr dia, 3000 nos. tubes. All sub-vendor items like forgings, pipes; tubes were also certified by BAXCOUNSEL at approved workshops across the country. All equipment were designed and fabricated and inspected to ASME, BS, and TEMA to latest codes.

For Reliance Petroleum Ltd., Jamnagar, we have provided Site Inspection Services for Storage Spheres as well as Floating Roof & Cone Roof Tanks. A Team of about 30 Inspection Engineers was working at Jamnagar site. We have also carried out inspection of Pumps worth Rs.50 crores at Kirloskar Ebara, Kirloskar Bros., Sulzer Pumps and KSB Pumps. Also we were inspecting Package items at Multitex Filtration and EOT Cranes at Safex Electromech.

For Reliance Industries Ltd., PP-II, Jamnagar project also we are carrying out inspection of fabricated equipment at various workshops in India.

For Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd., Mumbai we have carried out inspection and Bax Foreign Clients of approx.10 lacs. LPG Cylinders and Pressure Regulators as per IS3196 at various manufacturers located at Hyderabad, Balasore, Bangalore, Nagpur, Bhopal and Jaipur. Our Team of Engineers was stationed at the works of Manufacturers.
