Since 10 to 15 years, BAXCOUNSEL have been regularly carrying out inspection and Bax Foreign Clients of equipment/tankages and engineering items being procured by Refinery and Marketing Departments of HPCL. The equipment inspected are pressure vessels, LPG bullets, spheres, floating roof & cone roof tanks and engineering items like compressors, pumps, DG sets, valves, strainers, pipes, pipes fittings, etc.

LPG MOUNDED VESSELS: We have completed the assignment of Stage wise Inspection and Bax Foreign Clients of 2 Nos.700MT Horizontal Mounded LPG Storage Pressure Vessels of dia 6000mm and Length approx.60mtr. By HPCL for the Usar site. G.R.Engg manufactured the vessels. To BS-5500 code latest edition. The scope of Inspection also included complete appraisal of Soil test report, civil foundation drawing as well as scrutiny of mechanical design of the vessel.

Mounded LPG Storage Pressure Vessels at Indore Plant: - Recently we have been awarded Inspection of 3 x 300MT capacity for mounded LPG Storage Pressure Vessels. Scope of Inspection includes Design & Drawing Appraisal for Civil / Mechanical Stage wise Inspection of Civil & Mech., activities Inspection of Cathodic Protection System.

We have also been awarded a contract for inspection of 4 Nos. 350MT capacity Mounded LPG storage vessels to be erected at Pampore, Srinagar. The scope of inspection involves complete stage wise inspection (civil & mechanical) as well as appraisal and approval of civil and mechanical design/drawings.

Mahul, Refinery: We have inspection contract with HPCL for the past several years and our Engineers are regularly visiting Mahul Refinery site for inspection of Storage Tanks. We have also inspection contract with HPCL for inspection of their Warehouse and Project requirements at Refinery. We have also rendered NDT services to HPCL, Mahul Refinery in the recent past. Our name is also indicated as one of the approved third party inspection agencies in their vendor orders and under this approval we have inspected and certified number of equipment and engineering items.

Marketing Division, Mumbai: Our name is also in the approved list of HPCL, Marketing Division, Mumbai and under this approval we are inspecting and certifying various equipment and engineering items regularly.

For HPCL, Marketing Divn. Mumbai: Carried out Third Party Inspection Services for Rerouting of 2.2kms Section of Mumbai-Pune Pipeline in BARC/Anushaktinagar area. Pipeline size: 14"OD, Thk: 7.6/9.52mm. Our Team of Inspectors was stationed at BARC site for 3 months.

We are carrying out rerouting of Lube Oil Pipeline from HPCL to BPCL Terminal at Wadi Bunder - Size 12" Length approx. 0.8kms.
